May 18, 2012 – Minsk, Belarus. Four representatives of Elinext attended MobileOptimized 2012, a multi-threaded conference with workshops and trainings devoted to mobile technologies and mobile business development.

After the first conference successfully organized in 2011, MobileOptimized 2012 is already the second biggest mobile development industry event in Belarus supported by local IT companies.

Professional speakers came from the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia and Belarus. Among the conference contributors were Bob Grower, Agile Coach, Rally Software, USA; Avinash Eratapalli, Global Product Manager, Citi, USA; Jad Boniface, Developer Program Manager, HTC, USA and others.

The topics covered included iPhone/iPad, Android, WP7, BlackBerry application development practices, mobile interfaces, mobile testing, cross-platform mobile solutions, game development, marketing solutions and project management in mobile development.

“I appreciate the presentation of Bob Grower. He shared his rich experience and gave very good practical advice on how to effectively organize software development teams and motivate people. Complicated issues were explained in a very accessible language. I also liked the general atmosphere of the event – very positive and professional. We’ll surely implement the new ideas in our work”, pointed out one of the conference attendees Gennady Sergeenko, Elinext Project Manager.

Year by year the mobile development in Belarus is getting more active and professional. Many participants wish the conference to become an annual tradition.
