Elinext, an international group of custom software development companies, declares the successful accomplishment of a series of innovative mobile apps for iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.
November 14, 2012. The past few months have been a challenging and interesting time for Elinext Group’s Mobile Development Department. Maxim Dadychyn, Elinext’s Project Manager, today announced the successful completion of a series of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The accomplished projects are quite diverse both in terms of functionality and realization.
Today’s smartphones and tablets are actively used for a variety of purposes like texting, picture-taking, and web surfing, but also for monitoring of environments and remote control of objects. One of the apps created by Elinext for a French company is intended for plant management from the iPad 3. The developed software system synchronizes the tablet by Bluetooth connection with special sensors, preliminary embedded into the soil in plant pots. The mobile app thus helps monitor ambient factors (illumination, soil salinity, water sufficiency, temperature) that directly impact plants‘ growth.
The second project is a mobile app for the iPad as well. It is a secured questionnaire for consumers that estimates the cost of health insurance. With a proprietary dynamic engine at the core, the application analyzes a lot of data, both input by the user and retrieved from medical institutions, evaluates different types of risks, and ultimately calculates prices.
The last application for mobile devices is a social network that inter alia allows to talk to other users and get notifications over the SIP protocol. Another distinct feature of this app is the integration of location-based services.
“Extensive technological expertise and qualified mobile developers make Elinext a valued partner for companies in various domains. Successful realization of the above-mentioned projects serves as good evidence of our commitment and competence,” said Maxim.
